It’s time to set your spiritual foundation!
Nowadays moral principles are often neglected, considered given or even perceived as limitations to personal freedom. Such superficial understanding is one of the “diseases” of our modern society that actually leads to the true limitation: the limitation and compromising of any genuine spiritual path. In this 10-part series we will take a deeper look into these the fundamental attitudes that form the solid ground floor for our spiritual evolution.
Ahimsa, or non-violence in thought, word and deed, is the first Yama defined by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. At a first glimpse, it is clear that we should not harm or hurt others. Yet, at a deeper level, we could consider any separation as a violation of the primordial unity and follow this Yama all the way into pure, unconditional and all-embracing love.
In This Webinar You Will Learn:
- Why and how morality is not limiting your freedom, but sets you free
- Why ethical guidelines are so important in all stages of your spiritual path
- Why Ahimsa never is a passive acceptance of violence but an active attitude
- How you can fight the bad habits of your close ones while loving them
- How to switch from blaming others to realizing and transforming yourself
- How to detect violence towards yourself and start respecting your needs
- Simple exercises to practice and deepen Ahimsa in everyday situations
