When we look for example at a flower: we recognize a flower when we see it, even if there are millions of different manifestations of a flower with its unique colors and fragrances. In the same way the archetypes are acting on us. There are 12 Archetypes that are differentially manifesting into certain characteristics in our soul. The 12 archetypes are a must know because they allow us to look at the map of the vastness of creation to see where we are, where we want to go and navigate in our world. Frequently Asked Questions
How is the structure of the course?
The course is building up lesson by lesson and easiest understood in that way. Modules 1 and 2 are building the foundation for the further modules which can be joined according to your interest and curiosity as they will be about specific topics.
How long can I join the current course?
Signups stay open for approximately eight weeks after the module starts. If you still see the payment option on the website, the current module is still open to join. We recommend joining as early as you can. We also offer free replays of the missed lessons to the new students.
How do I connect to the live classes?
Our classes run on Zoom and you will receive a login link after you signed up. Zoom is very resource friendly and runs well also on older devices or low bandwidth. We nevertheless recommend a decent speed of both your device and internet.
Do I need a webcam and microphone to join?
We like to keep the class interactive and alive, so it’s nice if the students and teachers can see each other. Also we will practice exercises, have personal sharing time and yogic practice, and the webcam turned on would be needed to connect with the others and to correct the practice if necessary. It would be necessary to have a microphone to participate during the sharing time, otherwise during the theory part you can also use the chat function if you want to ask questions.
Are recordings available if I miss a live class?
Yes, the teachers are recorded during each class and replay links can be sent after each lesson. We do recommend presence in the class for consistency and a better understanding of the lessons in question. Some parts will not be recorded, like the personal sharings and group work and presence is highly recommended to receive the full benefit of the class.
Will I receive written materials for each lesson?
Is there a Facebook or What’s App or similar group?
Yes, the class stays connected through a Telegram group which you can join if you wish to. In this private group you can ask questions and share experiences with your teachers and fellow students. The homework will be posted there as a reminder during the week.
What should I prepare before?
Most of the time we invite you to come dressed femininine and comfortable. It is good to have a cozy place to sit while enjoying the class. Sometimes we will practice movement exercises, dance or Hatha Yoga and we recommend wearing comfortable clothes, having a yoga mat and some space to move around. When we need preparations beforehand, we will let you know in advance.
Can I contact the teachers if I have personal questions?
You can always contact the teachers on telegram or via email and ask any personal questions you would like. We are happy to be there for you.
Do I need have any previous knowledge before starting?
For Module 1: You don’t need to know anything beforehand, our course is suitable for beginners as for advanced practitioners. You will be guided during the meditations and all the exercises and techniques will be explained in detail before practice.
For Module 2: To be able to participate it is needed that you participated in Module 1, or are a student in the Yoga or Tantra class in the Online Academy or any affiliate members of the Atman Yoga Federation.
For Module 3 and higher modules: To be able to participate it is needed that you participated in Module 1 and 2, or are a student in the Yoga or Tantra class in the Online Academy or any affiliate members of the Atman Yoga Federation.
Will I be allowed to teach after I finish this course?
Attending the Tantra for women Online Course doesn´t equalize a proper training in this respect. For becoming a Tantra for women coordinator, there is another course which is a delightful 2 years journey into discovering and learning how to coordinate a group of women (Shakti group) and teach the Tantra for Women Course accredited by Atman Federation of Yoga and Meditation. It is a unique opportunity to deepen, celebrate and discover more feminine secrets from many traditions (Yoga, Tantra, Daoism, Ayurveda, Astrology, etc.) that will unfold into a beautiful sisterhood atmosphere especially created to make possible inner transformations into the hearts of all the participants.
