Delia Carreon is a Certified Yoga Teacher with ATMAN The International Federation of Yoga and Meditation, Holistic Health Coach and Wellness Specialist.
She has also studied Kashmir Shaivism, Ayurveda and graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition from NY USA and Life Dynamix Wellness Certification Program.
She has been practicing yoga for 25 years and teaching classes, workshops, lectures and seminars about yoga and spirituality since 2007 in USA and Europe and also online with Atman Online Yoga Academy.
Her enthusiasm and passion for yoga and a healthy lifestyle have inspired students from all over the world to live a life of purpose and genuine happiness through self-knowledge, continuous transformation and spiritual awakening.

Everyone is welcome to this workshop and no prior knowledge is required. All you need is an online connection and a quiet place to roll out your yoga mat or a blanket. For the practice part your stomach should be empty, so don’t eat at least an hour before the workshop starts.
