Svadhyaya comprises the study of the holy scriptures, as well as the study of our Supreme Self, Atman, which resides as the spark of our godly nature and as a silent witness in the background and center of our existence.
Each religion has its sacred books, most of which are authentic Godly revelations, a gift for the ones who seek to find back to their origin in spirit. Yet it is required to study them correctly, with the right attitude, with an open heart and all our soul, so they can fully unfold their initiatic and transformative power.
Beyond this, life itself is a sacred journey, and each event is a page in our very own book of life. Svadhyaya teaches us to read and revise our destiny with every step we take. Life becomes our autobiography, and we get to acknowledge that our perceptions and reactions never tell about others, but always just about ourselves.

Sofian started Yoga in 2005 and teaches since 14 years. He is the coordinator of the Atman Online Yoga Academy, which hosts the online courses of Integral Esoteric Yoga, Esoteric Tantra Yoga and Tantra for Women. He is also passionate about design, photography, music and many other artistic domains.
