Bring calmness to your work instead of bringing stress home with you!
Stress is a natural part of life – it only gets to be a problem when it is long lasting stress. We are continuously subjected to stress factors from the surroundings – the so called stressors. These factors affect our organism, which sometimes gets so far that we develop what we call stress.
We can never completely avoid these stressors from the surroundings, unless we create an isolated environment – a very tiresome and lonely path. But there is also a possibility within us to compensate and handle these stressors, so that no matter what stressors affect us, we can remain in perfect balance.
We can train our inner capacities so that we can operate in many conditions without getting stressed. We just need to understand how our mental structure operates to avoid getting into the “red zone“.

About the speaker
My name is Richard Løvlund. I am a lecturer and event creator. I graduated from the University of Copenhagen as a Cand. Agro. in plant science. I also studied nanotechnology before I continued my studies in agronomy. I also have leadership training as a sergeant in the army.
In addition, I am a trained yoga teacher and have worked with yoga, tantra and meditation since 2005 and taught for more than 10 years within a wide range of subjects, mainly within personal development. During the same period, I underwent training and worked as a therapist with clients who wanted to find inner blockages and then change their lives through better habits.
I have extensive teaching experience (including lectures and workshops) from both the Armed Forces, the University of Copenhagen, the Lillebælt Business Academy, Søndersø production college, Sanderum Public school, as well as various yoga schools.
