What makes an artist an artist?
Creativity is oftentimes viewed as an individual pursuit, as something we are either born with, or strive to cultivate through effort and technique. Yet, in the tantric tradition we know that the creative energy is universal and endless, and available to everyone.
Our daily life itself is a continuous creative act … our projects at work, the way we arrange our room, how we prepare our food, how we interact with others – all of these activities are little artworks on their own.
The quality of these “artworks” of life requires openness to inspiration. We need to be humble enough to acknowledge that there is much more to life than what we already know. This mysterious “more” will inspire us from deep within our soul to discover new facets of ourselves and the world around us, something new that we can then manifest through our creativity.

She joined Natha Yogacenter in Copenhagen, Denmark, seven years ago, first in the meditation class and then on the tantric path that offered more than she was even looking for.
Astrid was curious about self-development and transformation from an early age, and fascinated by modern “biohacking”. She found similar and even higher goals in tantra, in sense of reaching towards optimizing every area of life, by practicing the spiritual teachings available in this course.
She is inspired by spiritualizing everyday tasks, to romanticize life, sharpen the inner clarity and discover purpose in one’s life. Amongst many aspects, she learned to keep clarity and calmness in the storms of life, and discovered how to amplify charisma and love for life.
