Join an exciting journey
In this webinar we are going on an exciting journey into the correlation between yoga, consciousness and the brain. We will see what modern scientists have discovered while studying the brain of yoga practitioners.
The human brain is an amazing tool. It allows us to experience a large range of complex emotions, amazing ideas that can transform our surroundings and reflect upon our past actions so we can always strive to become better versions of ourselves.
The functions of the brain are studied, but even scientists agree that it is not even close to be fully understood. Some say we only use a small percentage of the full power of our brain. It is so complex that even if we tried we could probably not even imagine how a life would look should we have access to our greater potential.
One of the keys of better understanding the brain would be in our understanding of consciousness. Consciousness is able to express itself through the complex brain. But what is even consciousness?
The ancient wise men of India were doing systematic exploration of consciousness thousands of years ago and they were using one of the most advanced tools the human has – the mind. Using the mind as a starting point to explore the depths of their consciousness, the ancient sages developed a system for awakening consciousness using certain practical methodologies. These methods have similar results when reproduced by other human beings, which allowed a fully scientific approach. One of these systems became the Yoga System.
You will learn to understand:
- How the principle of resonance can help you to control your inner states
- Techniques that gradually improve your brain’s capacities
- How different states of consciousness correlate with certain brain waves
- How to balance your nervous system so you can always be in best shape
- How yoga and meditation techniques beneficially affect the brain
